About Us

We are a small farm aiming to provide the best quality pork with exceptional flavor to as many individuals and families as we can at a fair price. We care for and pasture raise all of our pigs in an outdoor, low stress environment. We are passionate about providing the best life for our pigs allowing them to root around with lots of space, fresh air, and quality feed.

About our Pork

We raise Berkshire pigs because they create the best quality and tasting pork.  

We sell whole and half orders of our Berkshire pigs. The price is based on the hanging weight of the animal.

How it works!

Once you have selected your date and your pig is dropped off, the butcher will walk you through your order. We also provide a sample order based on the most popular selections.

Pick up graphic

If you are local, you’ll pick up the pork from the locker when it is finished. Pay the butcher for the processing and pay us for the pork. We will deliver to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area upon request.

You can order online, call, or email. You select the locker date and we drop off the pigs at the butcher shop. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the process.

Est. $1.40/lb for Processing

Est. Total for 1/2 Pig is $390.

A standard half pig’s Hanging weight is around 100lbs.

Our Standard Cut List Includes:

  • Hams

  • Roasts

  • Chops

  • Bacon

  • Cottage Bacon

  • Ham Hocks

  • Spare Ribs

Other options include: Italian Sausage, Breakfast Sausage (links & patties), Brats (many varieties), Ring Bologna, Meat Sticks, Etc.
